Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Zari, we carefully curate limited-edition pieces and hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with an exchange in line with the policy below.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.


To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

To request an exchange, please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange


Exchanges

As many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, replacement stock may not always be available.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Colour variations due to screen settings
  • Delayed deliveries caused by couriers or customs processes

 

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The item received is incorrect; or
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.


Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs so we can assess the issue promptly.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Zari cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, promotional, pre-order, and special-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Limited Collections

Many Zari pieces are released in limited quantities. While we will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
