At Zari, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Timeframes

In-Stock Items

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier network servicing your area.

 

Pre-Order Items

Certain Zari pieces may be available on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items typically require 10–14 business days before dispatch. Estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page where applicable.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier production schedules, international shipping, customs clearance, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Should any significant delay occur, we will communicate updates using the contact information provided at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

Unless otherwise stated, a standard nationwide delivery fee applies.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Zari cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

Zari cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
